Joseph McKeon, President, CEO and Owner of McKEON, is a true leader. Joe learned the basics of the door industry as a young man working in his father’s shadow. As he matured in the business, he understood, valued and practiced a strong work ethic. He completed a Business Administration degree at George Washington University which complimented his zest for business success and rounded out his skill-set. Early accomplishments in management, sales and production manufacturing inspired him to envision the potential of a global organization. In 1987 Joe took over the business from his father and McKEON took on new life.
Today, Joseph McKeon’s vision and leadership is felt throughout the entire organization each and every day. The trust and confidence he places in those around him is motivating. His superb business competence is perhaps surpassed only by his sense of fairness and heartfelt concern for others. Mr. McKeon is honest and keeps his word. He especially focuses on providing the safest solutions possible for building occupants wherever the McKEON products are installed anywhere in the world. Outside the workplace he enjoys spending quality time with his twin boys. From fishing to baseball, Joe McKeon is a dedicated father.

Andrew Lambridis is the Executive Vice President and COO of McKEON. With an open-door policy seasoned industry experience, he oversees all operations throughout the McKEON organization. Prior to accepting this position in 2002, Mr. Lambridis began his career at McKEON in 1992 soon out of college where he received Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. His passion for design and engineering was the perfect fit for a cutting edge opening protective manufacturer. Andrew brings to the table multiple industry certifications by serving as an Associate Member of AIA, American Institute of Architects; an active member of CSI, Construction Specifications Institute; ICC, International Code Council; and NFPA, National Fire Protection Association.
Andrew’s technical expertise has proven invaluable as the primary liaison between McKEON and International Accreditation Service recognized laboratories for building product testing in providing safe, extensively tested and properly labeled opening protective assemblies in all building structures. Even though he is recognized for his time-honed skillset for managing the overall business operations, perhaps most importantly he is known for his honesty, loyalty and unwavering fairness.

David has been involved in the construction industry since 1975. With an extensive background in project estimating and management and a bachelor’s degree in business management, David soon realized a great deal of success in building product marketing and sales. Within this venue he found his passion – building code development and architectural design compliance. Since 1988, he has assisted architectural firms in understanding and implementing the provisions of the model codes as they pertain to fire and life safety. His particular focus is on the fire door industry, promoting cutting edge technology to resolve code compliance challenges.
David is a corporate member of the International Code Council (ICC) and earned his Construction Document Technologist (CDT) from the Construction Specifications Institute. He has served on several ICC committees, both local, regional and national, for the adoption and implementation of the International Building Code throughout the US. He is a recognized speaker and instructor, teaching the fire and life safety provisions of the model codes to design professionals and regulatory officials. David is a certified CEU instructor under the ICC Education Provider program. As part of the McKEON team, David draws on his 30-plus years of experience in the building code arena when assisting design professionals and product representatives with code and design compliance challenges.

Ashraf Gomaa has been with McKEON since 1989. With a degree in Architectural Engineering his educational background brings a unique tenacity for detail and excellence to the cutting-edge evolutionary engineering concepts McKEON is known for. Ashraf’s vision in dynamic engineering has significantly contributed to the development of the McKEON product lines. Ashraf works closely with listing agencies to ensure compliance with laboratory test criteria and is personally responsible for every listed labeled assembly that leaves the McKEON factory. His leadership in the development of engineering data, quality control, personnel and product evolution has put McKEON on the world stage with creative engineered wide span opening protectives.
As Vice President of Engineering, Ashraf continues to press forward leading our Engineering Department in the skillsets that have set McKEON apart from the industry through the years with breakthroughs in new product development, refinement in efficiency of current technologies and a keen sense of quality assurance.

Michael Escribano graduated from Providence College with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management. Magid Shata joined McKEON in 1993 and has done it all – engineering, estimating, project management, contract administration and architectural consulting. Magid now serves as the Vice President of Business Operations for McKeon Door East, Inc. Magid’s decades of diverse experience have earned him the reputation of a trusted and valuable resource to architects and construction professionals in the New York Metropolitan Area. Kevin has been involved in the construction industry since 1988. With a diverse background in field operations, application specific architectural design assistance and comprehensive project management, Kevin is cognizant of most all aspects of the construction lifecycle. Kevin has assisted architectural firms in design and integration of McKEON products on some of the largest and most high-profile projects in the Las Vegas Valley, Utah and Arizona. He has had the opportunity to work closely with local architects, code and fire officials in Arizona, Nevada and Utah with regard to fire door design, application, certification and compliance. Kevin also works hand in hand with the McKEON distributor network on education regarding implementation and installation of McKEON products. Kevin is a member of the International Code Council – Southern Nevada Chapter (SNICC) and is a licensed contractor in the states of Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Hawaii, and Arizona. He is currently responsible for the management and operations of McKeon Door of Nevada, McKeon Door of Utah and McKeon Door of Arizona. His thirty plus years of experience in the industry have made him a very valuable resource to design professionals, code officials, contractors, and end users alike.

Darryl DuCharme has been in the construction and industrial door industry for 30 years – in the field, as a business owner, and now as a the Vice President of Operations of McKeon Door West assisting local architects, code and fire officials and construction firms throughout Southern California with product application planning and design relating to certification and compliance. He began working with design firms, code officials, and fire consultants in 1995 and has earned the reputation of a reliable resource for the design and code community as well as a trusted consultant for McKEON’s distributor network. Darryl is a member of the Construction Specification Institute (CSI) and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) with contractor licenses in both the states of California and Hawaii.
