McKEON® Welcomed Distributors for MCE 102 Training at Corporate Headquarters.
From April 14–17, McKEON® hosted 21 attendees representing nine different distributorships from our distributor network at our headquarters and training facility in Bellport, New York, for the MCE 102 Product Training program.
Designed to ensure proper installation and operation of McKEON®’s specialized opening protective systems, the 3.5-day program combined in-depth instruction with hands-on experience. Attendees began with classroom learning before moving onto hands on training, where they completed step-by-step installation and removal of various McKEON® assemblies. The training also included detailed guidance on both mechanical and electrical operating systems, giving participants a well-rounded understanding of wide-span opening protectives.
The program concluded with a final exam and individual evaluations, measuring engagement, skill progression, and overall performance. In addition to the training sessions, participants had the opportunity to tour the manufacturing facility, enjoy shared meals, and strengthen professional connections.
