McKEON® Hosts MCE 101 Training in Bellport, NY
From June 24th through 26th, McKEON® welcomed and hosted distributor personnel to our Corporate Headquarters and Training Center in Bellport, New York, for MCE 101 Basic Training: Product Awareness, Building Codes, and Marketing.
This foundational continuing education course equips attendees with the knowledge and resources needed to confidently represent the McKEON® product line while gaining a deeper understanding of the building code challenges that drive our unique business model.
MCE 101 combines classroom instruction with hands-on product demonstrations to provide a well-rounded learning experience. Throughout the two-and-a-half-day program, participants explored topics including building code requirements, regulatory standards, estimating and plan review, market awareness, and strategies for effectively communicating the value of McKEON® wide-span opening protective solutions.
A highlight of the course is the opportunity to experience the McKEON® Training Center showroom firsthand. Attendees operated working models representing a cross-section of our product line, allowing them to see how our innovative wide-span opening protectives function in real-world applications. The program also included a guided factory tour, giving participants an inside look at the manufacturing process behind every McKEON® product.
The course concluded with a comprehensive exam covering the topics presented throughout the week, ensuring participants left with a solid foundation of product knowledge and building code awareness. Thank you to everyone who traveled to Bellport to participate in this session of MCE 101!
