McKeon Door East sponsored the Construction Specifications Institute Metropolitan NY Chapters Annual Golf Outing.
The event was held on Wednesday, August 30th, 2023 at the South Shore Golf Course in Staten Island, NY. Christina Keegan of McKeon East is secretary for the CSI Metro NY chapter. All proceeds from the fundraiser went to the CSI Metro NY scholarship fund.
CSI is a national not-for-profit association of more than 6,000 members dedicated to improving the communication of construction information throughout continuous development and transformation of standards and formats, education, and certification of professionals to improve project delivery processes. CSI members work tirelessly to effectively communicate the designers’ vision, the material producers’ solutions, and the constructors’ techniques to create outstanding facilities that meet facility owners’ objectives.
It was an excellent event enjoyed by all who attended. The weather was wonderful. There were great opportunities for networking between architects, manufacturers, and contractors. Firms and organizations that attended and supported the event included Dan Ionescu Architects, Gensler, Ennead Architects, Structure Tone, and W Studio Architects.
