ClimateGuard^™ IS3000 Series

ClimateGuard™ IS3000 insulated service doors are filled with thick foamed-in-place polyurethane that permanently bonds to both the interior and exterior slat panels of the curtain. ClimateGuard is offered in various models providing R-value ratings ranging from 6.25 to 9.30, calculated according to ASHRAE formula. Insulated service doors are available in primer painted galvanized steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, or can be powder coat finished to any color requirement. They are the ideal solution when energy conservation and protection against the elements is a primary consideration. When necessary these doors can be designed as self-opening assemblies to allow for egress.

Insulated service doors are ideal for any exterior or interior opening where transfer of temperature is a consideration. McKEON insulated service doors are available with 16, 18, 20 and 22 gauge curtain front panels and 18, 20 and 22 gauge back panels. They require a minimal amount of head room and side room and can withstand high cycle applications.
