Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Cultivate solid relationships of trust with the distributor network, the regulatory arena and the architectural community
  • Evaluate, train and motivate valued distributors
  • Communicate accurate product knowledge
  • Build a working knowledge of the basic model building codes and standards relative to our industry
  • Assist distributor personnel, design teams and code enforcement with understanding the product line and the required approvals for accurate specs, details and successful project execution
  • Present and teach others to present AIA accredited seminars
  • Travel as required to accomplish the aforementioned responsibilities

Required Skills/Qualifications

  • Basic computer skills to include word processing and email
  • Strong written and in-person communication skills
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and driven to succeed
  • Capable of working independently out of the office as well as with the team
  • Trustworthy and accountable

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Some knowledge of Building Codes & Standards preferred
  • Door Industry experience preferred
