Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Cultivate solid relationships of trust with the distributor network, the regulatory arena and the architectural community
- Evaluate, train and motivate valued distributors
- Communicate accurate product knowledge
- Build a working knowledge of the basic model building codes and standards relative to our industry
- Assist distributor personnel, design teams and code enforcement with understanding the product line and the required approvals for accurate specs, details and successful project execution
- Present and teach others to present AIA accredited seminars
- Travel as required to accomplish the aforementioned responsibilities
Required Skills/Qualifications
- Basic computer skills to include word processing and email
- Strong written and in-person communication skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, and driven to succeed
- Capable of working independently out of the office as well as with the team
- Trustworthy and accountable
Education and Experience
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Some knowledge of Building Codes & Standards preferred
- Door Industry experience preferred
